1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship exclusively to the United States and Germany.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free Shipping for all orders in United States and Germany.

  • All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Processing & Handling Time

  • Handling Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST), Monday through Friday.

  • Minimum Handling Time: 1 Business Day.

  • Maximum Handling Time: 2 Business Days.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

4. Transit & Delivery Time

  • Minimum Transit Time: 5 Business Days.

  • Maximum Transit Time: 8 Business Days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–10 Business Days (Handling + Transit).

  • We ship via USPS, FedEx, or equivalent US or German carriers. Carrier selection depends on your location and item type.

  • To provide a curated collection at competitive prices, some items are fulfilled through our international logistics partners. This does not change our commitment to your delivery window.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your sanctuary’s journey directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.

6. Missing or Lost Packages If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your item, please allow 2 additional business days as packages are occasionally left with a neighbor or held at a local facility. If your package is still missing after 2 business days, contact us at support@foryuni.com with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation and work to resolve the issue promptly.
