Browse our collections, select the product and any variant (color, size), and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and enter your shipping and payment details. You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at support@foryuni.com if you need to make a change. We can usually accommodate cancellations or address corrections within 24 hours of ordering, before the item ships.

Once your order has been dispatched, we're no longer able to cancel, reroute, or modify it. If you still need to return the item after it arrives, our 30-Day Return Policy applies.

All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments over a secure, encrypted connection (SSL). Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Yes. All transactions on foryuni.com are protected by 128-bit SSL encryption — you'll see the padlock icon in your browser's address bar confirming this. We use Shopify's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure, which means your card details are processed securely and never stored on our systems after your purchase is complete.

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping is free on all US orders — no minimum spend required. The cost is always $0.00 at checkout.

Here's a breakdown of the full timeline from order to doorstep:

• Processing & handling: 1–2 business days (orders placed by 5:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday)
• Transit time: 5–8 business days after dispatch
• Total estimated delivery: 6–10 business days

Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. To offer our curated collection at competitive prices, some items are fulfilled through international logistics partners — this does not affect the delivery windows above.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via our order tracking page or directly through the carrier's portal.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@foryuni.com.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please email us at support@foryuni.com within 24 hours of placing your order, including your name and order number. We'll do our best to update the address before dispatch.

Once your order has shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed, but we'll do everything we can to help.

First, check your tracking number for the latest delivery status — sometimes packages are marked as delivered a day before they physically arrive, or are held at a local facility.

If your tracking shows no recent updates and your estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us at support@foryuni.com with your order number. We'll investigate and make it right.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

• In unused, uninstalled condition
• In their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and hardware included
• Accompanied by your order number as proof of purchase

Items that cannot be returned include custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards. Lighting fixtures that have been hardwired or show signs of installation are also non-returnable for safety compliance reasons.

Email us at support@foryuni.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions on where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without first receiving a Return Authorization — items returned without an RA cannot be processed.

It depends on the reason for your return:

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Contact us with photos and we will work to resolve with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
• Change of mind / wrong color ordered: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears on your statement. If you haven't seen your refund after 15 business days of us confirming its approval, please contact us.

We're sorry to hear that. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at support@foryuni.com within 48 hours of receiving it, including your order number and photos of the damage.

For all confirmed defects or shipping damage, Contact us at support@foryuni.com with photos within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Foryuni is a Newport Beach, California-based brand. We source our collection from carefully vetted manufacturing partners around the world, selecting each piece for its design, material quality, and ability to transform a living space. Every product is chosen against our quality standards before it's offered to you.

We work hard to ensure our product photography accurately reflects real-life colors, but monitor calibrations and lighting conditions can cause slight variation. If color accuracy is important to you for a specific piece, don't hesitate to reach out at support@foryuni.com before ordering — we're happy to provide additional details.

Care instructions vary by product. You'll find specific cleaning and maintenance guidance on each individual product page. For general guidance:

• Outdoor lighting: Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Do not submerge or use harsh chemical cleaners.
• Mirrors: Use a streak-free glass cleaner and a microfibre cloth. Avoid getting moisture behind the frame.
• Outdoor rugs: Rinse with a garden hose. Spot clean with mild soap and water. Allow to dry completely before placing back.
• Pillow covers: Most covers are machine washable on a cold gentle cycle. Check individual product pages for confirmation.
